The Firm
Who We Are
Onyx Advisory Ltd is an independent London firm with two services. On a supply, the buyer contracts with Onyx and Onyx takes title. Valuation of defence and aerospace businesses and shareholdings is a separate engagement.
We value defence businesses and source the materials they depend on. That gives us two useful perspectives: what drives the financial value, and where better supply options could improve the underlying business.
Our valuation work is led by a CFA charterholder who has valued Tier 1 US aerospace and defence prime contractors.
Our Approach
Why One Firm Does Both
Each service stands on its own. You do not need one to use the other.
Together they give a sharper view. Supply dependencies affect delivery, margins, working capital and future cash flows. Our sourcing work shows what reliable supply requires; our valuation work shows how those dependencies flow through to value.
Valuation conclusions remain independent. Any sourcing support is discussed and agreed separately, and client information is not shared with suppliers without the client’s agreement.

Artur Bryzghalov, CFA
Onyx Advisory
Artur has worked in valuation since 2018, with dedicated aerospace and defence coverage since 2019, including the valuation of Tier 1 United States aerospace and defence prime contractors. His wider career spans global consulting, a national bank and the security printing of banknotes and passports.
He is a CFA charterholder, and founded Onyx Advisory to provide independent financial analysis and specialist commercial support in sectors where financial judgement and industry context have to work together. His directorship is on the public record at Companies House.
