Energetic & Propellant Materials
Selected energetic and propellant materials can be sourced for qualified buyers. Manufacturers are screened for ownership, sanctions and licensing.
- Ammonium perchlorate (AP)
- Cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine (RDX)
- 2,4,6-Trinitrotoluene (TNT)
- Composition C-4
- Other explosive compositions, to the buyer's specification
Materials are sourced to the buyer's specification, including particle-size distribution and purity grade, with certificates of analysis and batch documentation. Other explosive compositions can also be sourced to a stated requirement. A qualification batch can precede volume supply, and packaging and palletisation follow the buyer's requirement, shipped under agreed Incoterms.
Ordnance
Ordnance & Ammunition
Selected large-calibre ordnance for qualified government buyers and prime contractors. Producers are screened for ownership, sanctions and licensing before an offer is made.
These are controlled goods. Every movement is classified and licensed under the trade controls and export controls of each jurisdiction involved, with end-user documentation obtained before any commitment is made.
Process
How a Transaction Proceeds
The buyer contracts with Onyx. Onyx takes title to the goods. Every supply engagement follows the same sequence, set by the firm's compliance policy.

Requirement
The buyer sends the specification or part numbers, quantities, delivery timeline, preferred Incoterms and destination.

Screening and due diligence
Counterparties, beneficial owners, end users and destinations are screened against the UK sanctions lists and, where relevant, the US and EU lists, before any work starts.

Classification
Goods are classified against the relevant strategic export control lists before an offer is made.

Licensing and end use
Controlled goods move only under valid licences in each jurisdiction involved, with end-user undertakings obtained where the licence requires them.

Qualification and documentation
Where the buyer requires it, a qualification batch precedes volume supply, with certificates of analysis and batch documentation to the buyer's standard.

Settlement and delivery
Payment is settled through independent, regulated banks against agreed delivery conditions.

Records
Due diligence, screening results, licences and transaction records are retained for at least six years.
